The wait is near the end and before long your baby will be snuggled in your cozy arms. Enjoy the remaining few weeks you have left carrying this precious baby. Cherish the movement that is kicking inside you. Continue daydreaming of the little person you are about to meet. As much as you want to meet this new little one, I can say with much certainty, you will miss this time soon.

I always go in to a session with a loose plan, knowing I need to be flexible. I keep my ideas simple but real. Having an open mind allows for surprises and opens the door for creativity.  Little Ava was teething and wanted to be consoled by her parents, but having a loose agenda lets genuine connections take place. Often these moments are quite magical.

Adam and Kara, thank you again for allowing me to document this time in your life.  I love being able to capture these moments for you and look forward to seeing you all again.

Motherhood is not new to this glowing momma.  She is blissfully expecting her 3rd girl.  It’s hard to believe you can love another baby as much as your others, but you do.   Your heart always grows and walks outside your body for each child.  Perhaps, you love them so much it hurts.

I had so much fun with a dear friend who is expecting baby number two. Isn’t she beautiful?! We went to the best locations – by far my favorite.  It was the hottest day of summer and the humidity was so thick you could cut it with a knife. Thanks April for braving the heat and letting me photograph your sweet belly. Good luck…I can’t wait to hear the news!
