When I first woke up I thought we were going to have to reschedule this session because it was dark and raining.  I was so happy when the sun broke through the clouds and turned in to a perfect fall day.  It was still very windy and chilly but by this beautiful family you would never know.   Thank you Ryan and Tara for having me document this special time.   Julianna, thanks for all Christopher’s smiles. :-)

Lately, my mailbox has been full of inquires. Saying no is not easy! Everyone has a unique story to be told and I hate turning people away for that fact. Saying yes to every email would be awesome, but I simply can’t. I have a very young, active family (not to mention large) and time is not on my side at the moment. I am very thankful for all of you wanting me to capture your special memories. I hope you understand and hopefully one day we will work together.

Recently, I have had a few “trial” sessions to see how well I can balance photography and family. I feel I have found a happy medium with a couple sessions a month. I don’t want my kids to remember me at the computer all day. They are only young for so long and I don’t want to miss out on their special moments.

Thank you again, for wanting me to capture your special memories!

With that said, I will not be booking sessions until the New Year. During the cold months when weather is not on our side and we can’t shoot outdoors, I will be taking maternity and newborn clients only. Around May/June I will resume babies, toddlers, and family on-location.
